Have you had an opportunity to look at the Grand Lodge Communication registration form? You can view it at the website theglc.com or the February and March tracing boards. It is getting closer to June and you need to think about filling out the form and sending it in to make sure you can get all the events that you are interested in.
Thursday June 23rd the committee has a Texas golf tournament for the golfers and want-a-be golfers. There is an opportunity to win an Elantra car just by getting a hole in one. Past years the golf tournament was great fun and this year will be no different.
To end up the day, there is a wine & cheese event with light music by our own Grand Organist VW Bro. Dallas Hicks. MW the Grand Master, MW Bro. Ernie Butz is looking forward to welcoming you. The committee is working very hard to make this a special event for you.
On Friday June 24th there are Grand Lodge sessions. The Grand Master’s wife, Sue Butz has a very special luncheon activity for the ladies at Applause dinner theatre. The show is called THE MINER & THE MADAME. There are many other activities being planned to make this an enjoyable stay for the Ladies.
To wrap up the day there is a banquet at the Regina Inn. Our Grand Organist, VW Bro Dallas Hicks will provide background music for your enjoyment. The entertainment after the meal is a vocal group called the Notables and the Shrine Drum Corps with a special program.
May 17th is the deadline to book your Hotel room. June 1st is the Grand Lodge Communication registration deadline to ensure availability of all events. Send your registration as soon a possible.

The Booking Form has been finished and is now available for download Here.
Please remember to get your bookings in early. Some events have limited availability, and the special rate which has been negotiated with the Regina Inn not only requires bookings to be in by early May, but also there are a limited number of rooms reserved at the special rate. If you want to be on the same floor with your friends and fellow masons, get your booking in as soon as you know you will be attending!
